Wat een waardeloze service!!! Je besteld iets, vervolgens blijkt het niet oké qua product dus stuur ik het retour. Bijna een maand later komt Klarna aanzetten van het product is niet retour gekomen met Geasy.
Het vervelende is dat het bewijs van versturen inmiddels is weggegooid dat is niet handig van mijn kant. Als je dan vraagt voor iets van coulance, etc. Ho maar.
Een keer en nooit meer bestellen hier! Klantenservice is ruk.
